Important
Make sure that your monitor is running on the latest firmware version (>= 3.1.4).
Your firmware version is shown on the display in the first seconds after powering on your monitor.
Please go to Firmware Versions to flash the latest firmware.
Please follow these steps to run the monitor in offline mode:
Find the button behind the small hole next to the USB connector on the backside of your monitor. You can press it with a small screwdriver through the enclosure
Power on the monitor
Wait until you see message "Press now for offline mode" and press the button on the backside of the monitor
Successful offline setup is indicated with message "Offline mode = true"
Repeat the steps to switch back to online mode
