What’s Covered
Hardware: We warrant the hardware components of your AirGradient monitor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This covers the sensor module, enclosure, and internal components.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear, including scratches, or dents.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Environmental Factors: Damage caused by extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to corrosive substances is not covered.
- Self-Assembly Kits: Our self-assembly kits are excluded from this warranty as some components may be damaged during assembly. However, we offer detailed assembly instructions and support to help ensure successful assembly.
Affordable Spare Parts
We understand that accidents happen, and even after the warranty period, you may need replacement parts. We offer a wide range of affordable spare parts to help you keep your AirGradient monitor running smoothly for years to come.
